PART 1. STRAIGHTNESS

TEST TOOLS: STRAIGHTEDGE

TEST METHODS:

Pick a baseline. Align the two ends of the thermal break strip on the reference line, and there will be a naturally raised bending height in the middle.

Select the highest position among the bending heights to measure.

PART 2. TWIST

TEST TOOLS: STRAIGHTEDGE

TEST METHODS:

Fix one end of the thermal break strip on a flat surface, and naturally tilt the other end.Measure the distance between T1 and T2 respectively. T2 minus T1 is the twist of the strip.
