Polyamide66 Thermal Break Strip

We customized for clients to develop the S-stype polyamide66 thermal break strip.

We get the newest and better strip by the efforts of improving for few times. The more fluffy, the better.

The strip inserted in curtain wall can absorb the kinetic energy like a spring to prevent typhoon from breaking down the acrylic panel outside. It is assembled in the curtain wall to save energy and insulate the heat.

What’s more, we did the experiments for tensile strength at -50℃ and +50℃. It is qualified. It approves it can work well in the extreme temperature.

In addition, it also achieve retardant standardize UL94-0. Its fire proofing is quite okay.
